- Take Linley Valley Pork Collar and cut into equal size cubes.
- Prepare a sesame oil marinade with pepper, garlic salt and five spice powder
- Remove from the marinate and dust with cornflour.
- Prepare wok with a heated butter. Add salted egg yolk and fry till golden brown.
- Prepare sour sauce combining tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar and water.
- Drizzle across Sweet Pork Cubes, red and green capsicums and pineapple.
- Serve in hollowed out pineapple for a real impact!
