Golden Spare Ribs
  1. Take Linley Valley Pork ribs and slowly marinate in delicate sesame oil, infused with salt, sugar and pepper.
  2. Remove from the marinade and dust with cornflour.
  3. Prepare wok with a heated butter. Add salted egg yolk and fry ribs till golden brown.
  4. Take out, serve with fresh chilli and coriander.
