Shredded Szechuan Pork Fillet
  1. Take Linley Valley Pork Fillets and trim into 2cm wide strips.
  2. Prepare a mix of sweet bean paste, hoisin sauce and tomato sauce. Then add Szechuan chilli sauce to preferred levels.
  3. Heat wok to high heat and toss Linley Valley Pork Fillet strips in the sauce.
  4. Serving tip – serve with Steamed Bao.
